Sales and purchases of all types of goods:

Our commission is calculated on the total amount of the transaction.

Short and long term rentals of all types of goods:

For a rental of less than or equal to 3 months, the agency fees correspond to the equivalent of 25% of the amount excluding VAT of the monthly rent payable by both the lessor and the tenant.

For a rental period of 4 to 6 months, the agency fees correspond to the equivalent of 50% of the amount excluding VAT of the monthly rent payable by both the lessor and the tenant.

For a rental period of 7 months to 11 months, the agency fees correspond to the equivalent of 75% of the amount excluding VAT of the monthly rent payable by both the lessor and the tenant.

For a rental period equal to or greater than 12 months, the agency fees correspond to the equivalent of 100% of the amount excluding VAT of the monthly rent payable by both the lessor and the tenant.

Daily rentals for all types of goods:

Commissions calculated according to the types of goods and periods of reservations payable by the tenant.

Rental management for all types of property:

The agency fees for the rental management of your property correspond to the equivalent of 10% of the amount excluding tax of the rent payable by the lessor.
